Important Legal Disclosure from SwiftProMining

I’m writing to you today with a heavy heart.

What I’m about to share is something I never thought I’d have to address, but it’s essential that you hear it directly from me.

Few months ago, we discovered that someone (or a group of people) has been impersonating SwiftProMining.com with the intent to deceive and scam our community.

They’ve used harmful phishing tactics, set up fraudulent review profiles on platforms, and generally created a nightmare for all of us.

This has affected not just our reputation but, most painfully, it’s hurt the trust we’ve worked so hard to build with you.

I want to be completely transparent with you.

This situation has shaken me to my core.

Seeing our name misused in such a way, especially when we’ve always strived to build something you could trust, has been incredibly difficult.

Why This Matters to Me:

I’ve always believed in the mission of SwiftProMining, which is to offer a transparent, honest, and reliable platform where you can grow your investments in peace.

I’m heartbroken that this scam has created such confusion, and I deeply regret any anxiety it may have caused you.

The last thing we ever wanted was for you to feel that your trust in us has been betrayed.

I’m not just a CEO here; I’m someone who truly cares about each and every person who has chosen to be a part of this journey with us.

This is not just business for me—it’s personal.

What We’re Doing About It:

We’ve already engaged a law firm, and legal action has been set in motion to go after those responsible for this fraudulent activity.

But this isn’t just about holding people accountable; it’s about making sure that our platform stays true to the vision we’ve always had.

We are working as fast as we can to clear our name, restore our reputation, and, most importantly, ensure that you’re protected.

I know this won’t fix things overnight.

The damage has been done, and it’s going to take time to regain your trust.

But I want you to know that I am committed to making this right, not just for SwiftProMining but for you, our community.

We have already succeeded in recovering domain names that were hosted outside Russia and China.

Unfortunately for the rest, as a U.S.-based company, we have no legal authority over these countries.

We also managed to get some of their profiles on social networks and review platforms like trustpilot blocked.

Unfortunately, that's not all, but at least we're doing our best to stop them.

I invite you to always check that you are on the right site, which is swiftpromining.com.

Never believe someone pretending to be part of SwiftProMining outside of swiftpromining.com.

We will never ask you for your password or for your private information such as wallet keys, etc...

How This Affects You:

I understand that the actions of these scammers may have made you question whether SwiftProMining is the platform you thought it was.

Please know this: nothing about our mission, our services, or our commitment to you has changed.

The people who are behind these scams are not us, and we are doing everything we can to fix the damage they’ve caused.

I know this is a lot to take in, and I want to be clear that I am here for you.
